Fury is good, very good in fact... But he's also overrated. If an overrated, slow, immobile, inaccurate and cumbersome Wilder with poor ring I.Q., low stamina, low work rate, telegraphing lefts and rights can give Fury plenty of problems, Usyk will too.
Sure, Fury is quick for his size... But he's not Usyk quick. I would bet on Usyk over Fury any day of the week.

@@finleysmith1293 That's not true, Dillian Whyte dropped Parker. And, it's not like Joyce just KO'd Parker with the first right hand he landed, but it was in the 11th after taking a sustained beating and was completely spent.

@@AndresGomez-ct7qb Ok yeah I should have said stopped, I get about the sustained blows, but Parker has an amazing chin and I don’t think Usyk would need so much softening up, plus Joyce knows he has to get him out of there as he said.
We know how good Usyk is though at not getting hit and frustrating opponents, so yeah that’s what makes it interesting that it would have people with no clear prediction as it will just really amplify one of them.
Who’s doubting, I read comments saying he would loose, Usyk is levels above and dismissing the rematch, and he has been doubted overly every lead up “too slow” I mean even Andy Lee, top trainer and he honestly thought Parker would have it relatively easy and trumped him nearly all areas weather power, speed, experience, footwork but he still got the job done and looked unharmed. So hence saying by now we should not dismiss him having a rematch with Usyk based on years ago as either way it would be epic and get a lot of buzz. Not many other fights will be made.

I share your view , and in my own comment I said it would take a powerful body puncher that will target Usyk's Torso and wind pipe instead of hunting his head .after six / seven rounds Usyk would have to change his movement . Joyce could then switch to head and deliver a knock out . The old saying is " kill the body and the head will die " . That's the way to go !

Joe Joyce fought like he was a robot and Usyk fought like he was Eel. NOW, U-syk is taking over U-nited Kingdom.
Joe's legs have slowed over the years, Usyk's seem to have excelerated. Everyone evades Oleksandr. He's simply the best. Sportsmanship, skill, charisma.
Notably good performances on each end in keeping themselves composed and preserving their stamina, while putting on a fight all the while. It wouldn't be a surprise if Joe eventually boxed 12 rounders or whatever too....
Oleksandr Usyk might be the greatest boxer I've ever seen. His speed, stamina, and skills are off the charts, but what really sets him apart is his Ring IQ. Usyk always seems to know exactly what to do and when. His Ring Generalship is unparalleled in both the Cruiser and Heavyweight Divisions. I can also say that Joe Joyce has a granite chin. I've never seen anyone that can soak up hard punches without taking a step back, or even blinking. His style is a mixture of George Foreman and Joe Louis. Joyce has a great future ahead of him in Boxing as well. These two bright stars may meet again with a lot more on the line over 12-rounds.

The hand speed difference between these two fighters is quite ridiculous. Usyk's just got so many qualities over Joyce, i don't think Joyce can even touch Usyk, even in 2023.

And no I don’t think he would beat Fury. Tyson is a different styles and stylistically Fury and Usyk are very similar in their awkwardness lots of feints and movements. And a great big one beats a great little one.

Joyce did well considering the experience he had at the time. Clearly Usyk is great but if they fought again I think joyce would do a lot better than Joshua .At 37 he looks in better condition than Usyk so I would not write him off

The fact that boxers with huge bodies and tall fail to take down usyk with their punches that automatically makes me a fun of usyk , he eats punches and not fall for me that’s war he builds up for combat
Besides, he doesn't just moves his heads parrying shots and taking angles, he counter-punches well and beats them to the punches tiring them out and make them feel tentative in throwing punches because they don't know what is coming back to them. This is where Joseph Parker failed. Usyk is Usyk anyway.

This is the fight I always looked back on when all the naysayers said Usyk is too small for HW. Joyce is big, skilled with good stamina and chin yet Usyk still dominated the fight. He did the same with AJ, now only Fury is left to beat. Fury is going to have trouble with the speed, lateral footwork and combo punching of Usyk. Maybe Usyk can sneak in a speedy power shot and drop Fury, also.
