    Bob, hang in there...you are valuable!!!!! As a retired special needs educator, I have no problems with your ataxia. Your speech is very understandable. In fact, you are the best in your speech when you are doing "side notes" and filling in for Brad's minor gaps of explanation. Tell that to your speech therapist...it may be important. I have watched your videos for about the past 7(?) years. They have been a help to me as I have been aging.
    Brad, you are doing great in supporting Bob's challenges! I know you have your own physical challenges, but they are not as obvious as Bob's challenges. Kudos to both of you for letting the world see that people with challenges still have a great deal to offer!!!!!

    So, with degenerative disc & joint disease, this isn't going to do much in 7 days, but if I keep implementing it daily, making it a new habit, it will keep me aware of my posture to hopefully stop further kyphosis curving.     I'm 72. My elementary school teacher use to come to my desk and tell me to sit up straight and quit slouching. I didn't listen. I am paying for that now. About 60 years too late but...Thanks for the advice guys.

    Excellent video! And yet AGAIN you were reading my mind! The past several days I have been trying to get in some posture correction via stretches and exercises and here you are! I'm beginning to think y'all are spies! LOL But about that broken heart, I read that bad posture can and often does affect the heart! So you may be fixing that as well! 💖💖

    I don’t have anyone to help me apply the tape, so attempts at self application have failed. The only thing I managed to do was tape myself to a door frame and my pillow, at which point two of the post it note reminders got stuck to my forehead. 🤣

    Oh my goodness. I laughed out loud when you suggested a photo of someone with perfect posture to be put on your phone. My husband would be like, who is that stranger on your phone!🤣🤣 You guys are awesome. I'm going to try the tape. I'll let you know how it goes! I have the neck hump! I know yuk right!!

    My PT tried kinesio tape on my back & neck, and just a warning that the tape does not come off easily. If you pull to fast you’ll peel off skin. It took my wife 20 minutes to remove 2 strips from my back.

    I am glad your other, real exercise programs, worked wonders for me. This tape stuff does not impress me AT ALL.
    Doing the W’s and chin tucks are great for postural exercised and food frame stuff work just great. I could not put up w/ seeing myself on my phone😺

    I’ve had success with shoes that have an elevated heal, maybe 2 to 2-1/2” height. It makes me stand straight with my shoulders back. When I wake in the morning, which is when my lower back hurts the most, I put my shoes on and the pain is almost gone.

    Any help with hiatal hernias would be great.Not sure whether thats possible to be honest but worth asking.Really dont want to go along the lines of a fundiplication.Wondered whether theres any exercises I can do as it can make me quite breathless at times😔I have bad posture,so will try these exercises.

    You guys are awesome! I always enjoy watching you both.my family (my father ,brother, nephew and myself) have fought a serious back problem. We ( my dad &myself) have seen many Dr's over the years. I went to the dr 2 years ago and after many test my Neurologist suggested a genetic test. I learned we have a back disease called Spastic Paraplegic 4. I have back pain with mine .I try to do the back exercises I learn in PT to help with the pain. Just wondering how to strengthen the muscles I'm loosing in my lower back and legs?

    Great, except for the Kinesio tape. Tried it years ago. When the tape was "gently" removed, it tore the skin the entire length and width of the tape. Took quite some time to heal, and the pain was immense everyday due to the healing.

    I dont understand how people can stand to slouch shoulders it would hurt me so bad to do that. I am on my husband all the time for his posture, I told him this is why your back hurts so bad. gonna try the tape with him if he lets me. I see more men with bad posture then women.

    At moment perfect posture is crashing in bed from head noise and leg pain..yes legs doing better muscles off line now returning screaming with pain...but the safeway special $1.99 lb sirloin was very good..
