A great Summer song that was released in July 1980 and helped get the 80s started on a good note. One of those great memory songs that brings back cruising on Friday and Saturday nights. Then it was time to get ready to head out for the evening to the Arcade, movie, or skating rink, or ride around and hang out on the parking lots and have a great time with friends. Such a great time to live.
Yes they were great times for sure. I was 15 in 1980 and just getting ready to have my first real girlfriend and experience true love for the first time? Those were a couple magical years for sure. I still think of her today quite often. Should we feel guilty when this happens, even though we've been married to someone else for over 30 years and had children? Man I loved this great tune when it came out in 1980, and I still love it as much today!
