I am from Trinidad and Tobago but when I was a kid there was a Christian Music Video program called Fast Forward that showed this video, artists like Newsboys, Michael W. Smith, Carman and DC Talk and lots of others. Now I am 25, these songs still have a great impact on my life.

What I love the most about this is their going for their own unique and original sound and they did a pretty good job of it. I'm a Christian musician to and I really love to see other Christian artists who are willing to break away from the mainstream sound and put their creativity to work for Gods glory.

It brings back some wonderful memories of when I was in college and raising my young daughter, on my own, at the same time. Jesus IS Just Alright (and He is the God who provides for us). This song is so awesome!! I remember, I was just starting nursing school at a four-year university. This song was one of my "let go" songs for the weekend after some intense studying during the week. It brings back some wonderful memories of when I was in college and raising my young daughter, on my own, at the same time. Jesus IS Just Alright (and He is the God who provides for us). He is Jehovah Jira---the God of provision! He got me through some tough spots during that time in my life; but, I mostly remember the joy of it all! Praise the Lord!!
