There is! in the armature head down to the hair should be something along these lines,(Armature>hips>chest>spine>neck>head>Fhair) and 0 out the hair on the scale! (My project may be different and might be inside of the Hair root for you) Make sure to remove the Physbones from the Fhair armature as well since you won't be using the hair and would waste 2 physbone slots for it!
anyone know why when i do a facial emote in a subfolder my avatar breaks until i toggle it back off?, the non subfolder emotes work just the subfolder emotes for faces break it

how do you do the lipsync??
you only need to do the lip-sync if you have a facial tracker I believe. however, in the Gigash discord server in the Frequently asked questions tab, you can find the lip sync viseme's etc. recommend following that tutorial from there.

The VRCSDK3 isnt working
If you are using the Creator Companion app you will have to Restart everything Minus using the SDK3 provided by vrchat. If you are using Legacy vrcsdk3 and you are using a different avatar it might already have a sdk attached to it.
