@@fishntalk tears of the rotator cuff are more often than not asymptomatic and already present in normal shoulders. You should focus on physiotherapy for the frozen shoulder and afterwards exercising the rotator cuff until the tear is back again asymptomatic.
@@mythbuster078 I found out last week through an MRI that I have a degenerative lumbar tear. Everything else seems fine. The tear seems so small that they (the VA) doesn’t want to do surgery.
