How to install Oracle Express Edition in Ubuntu

- Install Oracle Express Edition in Ubuntu
Step 1: Open Terminal and run sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
Step 2: Download the ZIP file and extract it.
Download your file from here: drive.google.com/file/d/14od_...

Hello, There is no listener running on ubuntu. I cannot connect oracle db to the oracle sql developer on windows host machine.

Hello sir. This is wonderful installation however there's a problem, after starting the database and inputting the ip address, it can't be reached and yet a few days ago it was working perfectly. How do we deal with that?

By Clicking On Start Database, It is not starting the server and webpage says site can't be reached. before 2 days, it was working perfectly, but what is the problem now ?
