- Welcome to my new apartment in Taichung Taiwan. In today's video i will show you the building and give you a tour of my apartment. I really like this apartment. Not only is it very affordable but the location is great and to top it off it has an amazing balcony view. I am going to enjoy living here for the next year!

今年可能還有冷氣舊換新的幾千元補助吧？記得提醒房東換分離式變頻冷氣，噸數可以小一點。環保♻️
唯一缺點大概是窗型冷氣

我以前住在附近的世界廣場快10年，前幾年買新房才搬走，但還是很懷念這邊，機能非常便利，算是台中前3名適合居住的區域！

看起來環鏡很不錯, 租金價格還不錯。台中疫情沒台北嚴重,還是建議先買電磁爐或簡易卡式瓦斯爐,以防萬一封城,還有辦法自己料理東西吃

Wow the view is really great there in your studio apartments. 8000 is not expensive, plus the view is really good. It's seems ikea is near, subway is near. Very good location. Beware of earthquakes though. You will feel the swing at 20th floor!

Cozy. I have to agree, the balcony is the best selling point. I'd definitely visit the communal garden everyday. Really enjoy the night time-lapse shots. Looks like Taichung is quite pretty. I think I saw a park nearby your place. I could be wrong.
There is a park very close by so it really is the perfect spot!

至於疫情快結束了，再忍耐一下，這幾天慢慢正在清零、歸零中，等真正歸零之後就可以跑山上或海邊走走了。

Nice video showing a typical Taiwanese apartment. And, it's a great reminder of when I lived in that same apartment block, on that same elevation with that brilliant view, back in 2013/2014...although the office block opposite was just a building site when I lived there. It's a great location, opposite the park, and loads of coffee shops and food places, you'll enjoy it. Small world! Thanks for sharing.

出門在外要小心安全，勤洗手、酒精消毒、戴好口罩，祝你天天都好運連連~如果選擇不開冷氣，可以添購水冷扇，地方潮濕的話，建議購買除濕機，才不會讓身體不適~

Great apartment, especially like eating out so why have a grill? You only need to lie down to sleep so not too much of a problem that the ceiling is low. Breathtaking view of the city

嗨路易斯，想跟你分享一些在保存攝影器材的經驗。台灣氣候潮濕(humid)，相機鏡頭（lens）內部很容易發霉，維修不易、費用不低，可以買個防潮箱，大概2000NTD有找，物超所值。
The bonus is ,...you are close to the metro station and all the major bus routes. Great bargain for the studio I have to say.

夾層設計不完美，最上面的樓梯應降1~2階，使人可以直接上床才好

我大概知道您住哪棟大樓~哈~你好幸運，離捷運也好近喔~夾層有點低，但沒辦法，那是建築法規規定，住宅的樓層高度不能超過3.6M，您上樓時小心不要撞到頭喲~

覺得房東應該要有爐子的設備！ 畢竟方便外出的人也需要自己燒菜的時候！冷氣太舊應該也是要換， 尤其台中很熱！如果不能用根本不需要裝在那裡！其實租屋的人也是要租一段時間， 這個費用算在房客身上也真的蠻小氣的！洗衣精也真的好舊了， 應該要報廢了吧！

Thanks for the informative video. I just flew into Taiwan. I'm finishing up my second day of quarantine, and I'll be moving to Taichung to teach at a couple of primary schools soon enough. It's great to know that I can get an apartment that's this cheap and that's also near a subway. (Learning about the cheap prices is almost as exciting as when learned about all the Indian restaurants in Taichung.)
Quick question, though. In these loft-style apartments, is it difficult for your bedroom area to get cooled off by the A.C.?

Does it have underground scooter parking or do you have to fight for parking on the street? A little pricey. I used to have a balcony like that, but it gets really dirty with all the building dust in Taichung.

In the UK people just drink black tea with a bit of milk poured into it and they drink it hot. Taiwan has so many varieties of milk tea it is even hard to make a comparison!
