Jason usually wears boots that add a couple of inches, making him 6'6. Even then, a 4 or 5 inch difference between two very tall guys wouldn't really be noticeable. Picture two normal houses next to each other. If one of the houses were 10 meters taller, it would be noticeable. Now, if you look at two very tall skyscrapers with a 10 meter difference in height, it would barely be noticeable.

Tyson is wearing dress shoes which add a minimum of 1.5-2 inches. So there's no way the shoe difference is responsible for more than a half inch in height difference.
He is not 6'9. In his conference with Wlad they look to be almost identical height. If I were to take an educated guess, Fury is probably 6'7 to 6'7.5, at most.
