The family of Gregg Allman allowed fans to gather around the Big House Museum in Macon, Ga. where a private party with live music was held in celebration of Gregg's life, following his funeral service at Rose Hill Cemetery earlier that afternoon.
My view of the stage is not great (sucks, actually)....a fence and trees and oftentimes a parked car obstructed the view I had from the yard of the small white house next door where fans were permitted to gather and enjoy. I am certainly not complaining about the crappy view...the opportunity to be there at all was incredible and I am very grateful I was able to attend. Plus, the sound was great even if you couldn't see everything! (Minus the people yapping in the background...but I've learned over time that once you become one with the music you can pretty much tune out the erroneous bullshit).
Gregg has always been one of my favorites and he will always be one of the greats. R.I.P. Gregg.....

So the question remains , Is the Allman brothers band going to continue . We have Devon to lead it up. Who else would step up to bat? Galadrielle ? The next episode will answer these questions and more. How about it children , grandchildren, nieces and nephews and grandpas too. What you gonna do? You gonna do the blues thing too? Ah it must go on as it is now a family tradition. I forgot the adopted family members like me this old cat,Rauw
