Superb and very very easy sweet potato jam recipe

1 kg of sweet potatoes
Wash the potatoes well
Peel and cut into small pieces
Add 1/2 glass of water and cook on a low heat
Check the amount of water regularly, add 2 to 3 spoons if necessary
Once the potatoes are cooked through, mash them a little with a fork, then add
400g sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 pinch of cinnamon
Bring everything on a very low heat. Stir from time to time until the dough becomes consistent
This delicious jam will accompany, in addition to the toast for breakfast and afternoon tea, toasts or brioches for tea, desserts such as pancakes, French toast, waffles or frozen desserts.
