The pay is crap. It’s one of the dirtiest and corrupt police departments I’ve ever seen. CJ Davis is trash. She was fired in Atlanta for yet another democrat city to hire here. She is the highest paid Chief in the country yet runs the most dangerous city that crime has only gotten worse in Memphis under her watch. She and MPD are a joke.
