I enjoy your vlogs alot specially these living alone diaries as I relate to it.. living in a big city all alone can be a bit overwhelming sometimes, but glad you handling it very well.. as I see regularly in your vlogs that you are diet concise jitna ho paaye utna to just one chotu advice to start gym as it gives you peace within and a boost to start your day or week with good vibes… I myself cant function now without my exercise and gym so its a good way to be productive and accountable.. do think about it.. much love❤

Ye oleeve pomace oil h ye. Still processed. Try virgin olive oil and trust me it will make a difference in your nutrition. You can use other in salads as well directly 😊

I have been cooking with olive oil since a few months and it doesn’t bother me do you should invest in a good olive oil for cooking suitable for Indian cuisine. Since you are facing issue with acne I highly suggest you to stop consuming dairy products especially milk, paneer, cheese and butter. You’ll see a vast difference in your skin. Especially if you cut down sugar or switch to brown sugar or jaggery.
