Geez, pile 3 really resonated, uncanny!
Love how the sacral & heart chakras and yin-yang cards showed up. I focus on the hara (think) & heart (feel) centers and on my energy body (be). I see it as a yin-yang: bottom circle is my hara center, top is my heart center, and the energy swirls are my soul.
It's similar to the heart's toroidal field. I meditate on it and also try to maintain it moment to moment with the breath in order to be happy and for manifestation purposes. So, it's cool how those are the very cards that turned up! Man, Spirit doesn't miss a trick! :o)
I'm ending no-contact, traveling to see him. I'd been planning on it for this week, but my dog passed away, and I'm grieving, feeling pretty emotional. So, I'm postponing my trip a few weeks, and I guess it's a good thing if he's still working through this stuff.
