- Labour's "amnesty" for undocumented immigrants will increase Britain's welfare bill by up to 44,000 people, as revealed by a Government assessment.
Speaking to Talk’s Alex Phillips, Steven Woolfe from the Centre for Migration and Economic Prosperity says the housing of illegal migrants is based on 'snobbery, sneering and that it's a class problem'.
"What you're not doing is putting them into the Liberal Democrat areas,” he adds.

I am 69 years old and live in the north east. The main road to my town centre and the centre itself is unrecognisable to me. I feel like I’m in a foreign country. I am not racist, I am honest. I have lived here all my life and my opinion should matter. Mass illegal immigration is..illegal.

There was a General Strike in 1926 when working people in Britain united in strength and solidarity in support of miners who were fighting against demands by mine owners to work longer hours for less pay. It ended in defeat. Some sort of action needs to be taken by Brits to demonstrate their unease at the mass immigration into the UK and unfair treatment of illegal country shoppers in comparison to the actual taxpayers forced to pay for these thousands of young, fit, mainly mooose limb, males. I feel sad that my old country has become like something out of Orwell's 1984.😢

in grimsby where I live,our new smugly elected Labour MP lives in a nice leafy street near the towns nicest park. those houses probably sell for around half a million. those who live around her will be probably,not all,will want more immigration but aren't affected by it. my solution? those houses are quite big and can be easily turned into houses of multiple occupancy,housing around 50 immigrants. why just house the immigrants in working class areas and jail them as right-wing thugs if they complain?

They didn’t like me because I refused to fall for the agenda… I remember a lecture whereby they were in a nut shell they were trying to make us believe that we should pity pedophiles.. I was studying psychology at Huddersfield university as a mature student.. the irony of teaching a group of people about the psychology of control and then to see it being used on these people was frightening to see.. anyone with any differing views on such topics were made to feel foolish.. thank goodness I kept my ability to think critically.. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed studying I loved it, but I could definitely see the hidden agenda at play.. this was over 10 years ago so I dread to think what it’s like now..

Absolutely right. I'd also add that *looking after* people never came from the top down. True socialism is working class people having more agency to address their own needs, and they can only do that in cohesive communities. We're in a former coal mining community. Hospitals, schools, libraries, chapels, working mens' clubs were all funded by the community, not handed down by benevolent governments. Plus we had an education system that enabled competent people to rise into political power. Nobody ever talked about the elderly as if they'd never paid their own way. The working-class weren't ignorant or antisocial. They valued education and skills, and their communities. The "culture war" is due to middle-class privately educated Southerners who are desperate to be relevant. Their morals are vile.
