    I am following along this tutorial, any one know how to make the character turn towards the camera when changing direction instead of facing away?

    So I get a problem when I set the player health pickup to 1. and the pawn only takes .5 damage. you can't see it on the healthbar, but it gives the player more health than is visible, so it appears as if they are taking no damage the next time .5 damage is registered. is there a way to constrain that float so that if the health is already full, then only fill the health up to the max possible value?
    Edit: Saw a comment below with the same issue. Used a clamp node! TYSM Brianko.

    Heyo! Quick question about variable Health:
    I was using this method to try and create an environmental asset (Health Fountain) that is static on the Map and adds health on the overlap event BUT-
    I'm realizing it's adding to the percentile '1' health allowing the player to keep raising their max HP by running back and forth through collision.
    Is there a way to set a max health Cap when calling the player health variable?

    • @BriankoGames
      @BriankoGames  Před 5 měsíci +1

      Yes you can call a clamp node and clamp it to the maximum value
