I hope you get signed someday. I’d love to get your work on vinyl! This, for example, while short, would be a perfect choice for a single record-outer part white; inner part red, like the Japanese flag, of course! Peace.

I seem to be the FIRST to leave a comment, after 59 views & 14 likes, this album has received, and am proud to do so, I discovered "The Kyoto Connection" after a CZcams recommendation a few years ago, for their Stunning track "Waterfalls" and from that moment on, I was hooked, their album "The Middle Way" to me has always been their finest work, (the one I have played over & over so many times, since I downloaded it), I have supported the group by using (with their kind permission) tracks of theirs on my classic car restoration videos, to help promote the beautiful sounds they create, and so have been eagerly awaiting this new Album, Once again the very highly talented musical skills are on full display for all lucky enough to discover them, and that The Kyoto Connection are so good at, all the tracks are good and once again some are simply beautiful, with music that touches your soul, and that can bring tears to your eyes due to the shear perfection of the sounds they create , I like to think of myself as The Kyoto Connection's" biggest fan, though with fast approaching 3,000 subscribers I am sure others would quite rightly lay claim that title to, as one person said to me the Kyoto Connection is one of CZcams's rare gems, and I fully agree, as they yet again have proved by releasing this new album, when it come to producing outstandingly beautiful stunning tracks The Kyoto Connection are masters of their game. I LOVED the new album, well done.

Well, after fifteen years of working on this project I can tell you that this is the most beautiful comment we have ever received. I'm so glad to know that our music inspires you the way it does. For me, The Kyoto Connection is not just "music inspired by Japan." It is my way of tuning into the most sincere and genuine part of myself. It is the refuge I go to every day, after all the work and tasks and responsibilities of life, to find myself. It is my temple.
It is a project that has given me much more than inspiration. It has given me my wife, Jesica and a great friend, Rodrigo. Both are my partners in this adventure.
I'll tell you a secret. We were a little discouraged because our project of traveling to Kyoto this year was suspended by the world coronavirus pandemic and we don't know when we will have the chance to go to meet the city that inspires us so much. But your message has given us a lot of strength and encouragement to keep on going. Thank you for taking the time to write those words :)
We will continue making music for you and for all those who share our passion. Thanks to you!
      Facundo

@@thekyotoconnection Hi Facundo, "Thank You" for your kind reply, (which deserves a "big heart" but CZcams only give me the option of a "Like" which I sent), I hope you Jesica & Rodrigo do get to go to Kyoto once the virus is all finished as I know it has been something you have been wanting to do for such a long time, I can not begin to thank you all enough and so much for producing the outstanding tracks I have had the pleasure of listening to, which you have created, "Waterfalls" has been on loop play on my PC more times than I can count, and on a day off from work I played your music for 12 hours straight, no other artists work comes close to the beauty of what you do, it is so rare for music to be produced that can touch ones sole, and fill the mind with such emotion and pleasure that it makes one cry at it;s shear perfection, for any artist to be able to do that once with one track is so incredibly rare, Gregorian Masters of Chant with Amelia Brightman I love, & they have produced superb work, but You Jesica & Rodrigo have made me cry the most, as I "feel" the music you make in the same way you do, the soul you put into your work is what makes it stand out for me above everything else and that is why I wanted to write the review for you that I did, and which you so deeply deserve, You have a wonderful gift that I so much admire, for creating truly stunning music, I am humbled by your comment that mine was the most beautiful one you have received in 15 years, it came from my heart to you, as your music has touch my heart and soul so much.and I look forward as ever to your new work in the future, I understand the bit you said about it being your temple, for me your music is my safe place, that takes me away from the stress of work, life and sadness, and to a place of beauty. wishing you Jesica & Rodrigo kind regards from Keith. .

When I saw the link in another video's description, by title, I thought it was inspired by Natsume Soseki novel "Kokoro". Anyway it's a good sound!
