for better perfomance, You should go to windows start, then type adjust the appereance and perfomance of windows and choose that, after that, you should put adjust for best perfomance. Visual effects will gone but perfomance will be better.

I dont know if it will work for everyone, but choosing the zerolatency on tune below the profile setting helps my game to run smoothly while recording, the the video output is decent.

less bitrate = less lag since youre technically reducing the quality
