- As Christians around the world celebrate Holy Week, we are reminded of Jesus' sacrifice at the hands of Pontius Pilate. This piece, sung here by the Mancunium Consort at Holy Name Church in Manchester, acts as an intimate reflection on these events:
Crucifixus etiam pro nobis sub Pontio Pilato:
Passus, et sepultus est.
He was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate:
He suffered and was buried.

Well done!
Thank you!
Beautifully sung everyone. Easter provides us all with some of the most glorious liturgical, & secular, music ever written. Thanks for this fine performance.
So well done! I am touched by seeing these young singers performing so beautifully and sincere. It brings back memories of 53 years ago when we sang together. We wish you lots of happiness and succes. Henk and Greta
One voice for each part? Wow! Nothing more to say. This might be my favorite choral piece with Mozart's Ave Verum and his Requiem right behind.
Bellissimo, wunderbar, no ka oi!
Beautiful song ❤
Przepieknie!! Brawo!
Again. You put out a wonderful sound. So nice to discover a great new choir.
