I don't get why people complain about them live. I've seen both Washed Out solo years ago and full band last year in LA. It only loses the atmosphere if you expect the same studio production. I totally immersed myself in their live renditions and it was a phenomenal show, great crowd too.
Don't know how you can be disappointed with their live sets. I've seen them twice, and it translates very well. Very good live!

When you listen to them live, the whole atmosphere of their album disappears. So sad.

I was so disappointed when I saw washed out live. the full band effect only works with a type of video project like this. otherwise, it sounds like ass
