Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. Need me some Lavencas Luck. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it sucks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. And not being able to throw it, it's technically mom knife but without everything that makes knife good
Fun fact: if you use wavy cap enough you start to see multiple of the same rooms at once
5:32 playdough cookie and mucormycosis are such a dopamine hit for me that i added them to the list of items isaac dances for in the mod config menu lmao (i also removed void and abyss)
You should've got rock bottom with the death cert, there was a giga mushroom
use giga shroom than reroll into rock bottom

Yo Matt just want to let you know how awesome you are. I've been here since the very beginning and I'm so happy to see what this channel has become. With this last year being my first year of college I have been insanely busy. But getting home and seeing an upload from you would always put a smile on my face. I sadly won't be able to watch you this summer, because I decided to join the military. I leave for basic training the 23rd of this month and get back early August. I guess I'll probably have some catching up to do with the videos😂 There is a lot of stuff I'm missing this summer that's pretty unfortunate, but I'd like you to know that these videos will be one of the things I miss the most. I'll be excited to see where the channel goes by the time I get back. You're awesome bro, keep up the good work

you can use dull razor for s, to get into curse rooms n stuff. also you can save and exit to cancel wavy cap and if you have funny rock it of course keeps the tears
One of my favorite runs is playing as tainted eden and giving yourself rock bottom and birthright at the start of the run. It's kind of unnoticeable for the first couple floors, but as you get to the endgame you'll be completely unstoppable and it's a ton of fun. Every time you get hit you have insane randomly generated synergies and you just blaze through the game. Every time you get hit is a new possibility and it's a ton of fun to see a bunch of synergies you might've never seen before. I just played it again and had a blast. Really suggest you make a video playing it if you want. Just don't use the stars? card cause you'll lose everything lol

playdough cookie is genuinely one of my favorite items in the game despite not even being that good, the sprite just makes me happy and who doesnt love rainbow lasers (also the tears arent really rainbow theyre just random colors with weird shades but its still cool, its just 10x better with lasers)

I have a suggestion for a challenge you could do in a future video!
Spawn with Binge Eater and only take the HP ups (yes, ONLY hp ups, no picking up other Q4s). However, to make it probably a bit more feasable, add Rock Bottom, mayhaps. Hope you see this comment (and possibly do this challenge), love your videos!

Hey, i have a bug in antibirth music++ mod where the music of final bosses (mom, mom's heart, Issac, ??? etc) doesn't play, does anyone know how to fix this? (day 3 of seeking answer haven't found nothing on google, CZcams, reddit this is sort of last resort)

1. Start with tainted Maggie and candy heart -> big stats
2. Start with tainted keeper and money equals power -> have to have over 900coins before you can buy stuff
I have an idea for a challenge video, you start with mom's box and either marbles or schoolbag and smelter. No items except for that. A trinket only run would be interesting

Spear of destiny scales with damage so when I got 127 damage with proptosis and lump of coal along with spear of destiny (which works with those two items) I basically made ultra greed evaporate
