    Prosecution main closing argument:
    1) AH shot AB to keep him from telling people about the Boston shooting
    🤔 So, AH shoots AB in front of two other people to keep AB from talking about the Boston shooting. According to this logic, AH would now have two people to worry about instead of one person.
    WTF kind of logic is that?
    His closing arguments were not very good IMO. According to this prosecutor, most of the regular actions people do are "an admission of guilt". 🙄

    How this jury found him "not guilty" is absolutely shocking. Everybody knows that POS is serial killer and tried to kill his friend.

    I've been to clubs/bars and left sooner than "9" min. Usually if the club/bar was dead or didn't have many attractive women. If you leave early it doesn't mean you chose to leave cause you had some sort of altercation with someone, no you just choose to leave early. And If I paid for two drinks at a club I'd try to take them with me on my way out. Why not I paid for them. Usually security wont let that happen but AH has been given VIP treatment and why not. The DA/Prosecutors always try to throw BS at the defendant and don't care about the outcome.

    Prosector Patrick Haggan wove AH"s driveby shootings and the shooting of AB together beautifully. You could understand everything he was saying because it made sense, common sense. He didn't weave a story of make-believe as defense attorney JB did. The what if's, maybes, could be's, etc… Haggan reminds me of Vincent Bugliosi who was able to get Manson convicted on much less than AH. Guilty on all charges is my opinion.

    Prosecutor Haggan's closing was just as good as Baez. Different men/diff styles. Haggan is methodical in his approach and has serious overtones while Baez was more animated but defended his client well. This case is 50/50 either way. Interested in what jurors decide.

    The problem with Haggans statement is he keeps saying to look at it as if they didn't hear Alexander Bradleys testimony. The jury did hear it and to look at it as if they didn't is wrong and they can't do.

  • @preparedsurvivalist2245
    @preparedsurvivalist2245 Před 7 lety +11

    Baez made his defense about PEOPLE, not about evidence. He said everyone was lying, had an ulterior motive, or lacked credibility. The entire purpose of this defense strategy was simply to cast a net of reasonable doubt over everything. It's a generic technique any defense attorney would use for any case. But Baez failed because he made it all about people and did not address the material facts of the case. The gun--the murder weapon, coincidentally turns up with an associate of AH. The murder vehicle, again...turns up with another associate of AH. The tattoo, the cellphone pings and text messages--these are all physical pieces of evidence that connect AH directly to this crime and tie him to the crime scene and murder weapon. So even if the jury was to accept Baez's specious closing argument which discredits some of the witnesses, that alone doesn't erase the incontrovertible physical evidence that still links AH to the crime. Without considering any witness testimony the prosecution still proved motive and demonstrated guilt, and provided the jury with a complete roadmap of the crime leading from the bloody corpses of the victims all the way back to the images of the murder weapon inked into the killer's own flesh.

    The juror is not as dumb as some of us. Based on the evidence there is no doubt who the killer is. The only way he walk free would to get on that stand and tell how AB killed those two men. That would have the juror thinking that its a 50/50 chance that the killer is AH/AB. Other than that the killer can only be one person based on the evidence . Once again his GF will help to convict him. What is reasonable doubt? The two guy left the scene is that reasonable doubt? If someone shot your friends at a spot, what would be a reasonable person thought? Lets go its not safe here.

    Bradley wanted to murder Aaron - he admitted that on the stand. A part of Bradley's business is having to carry a gun. He's likely killed people before. He's gotten away with everything in the past and he got a deal here so that he got away with this too.

    wtf? LOL at the comments. i'm not convinced at all by this closing argument. Baez was impressive, so much that i watched it twice. But the prosecutor closing argument relied on emotion from the very beginning, so, basically, a drug dealer asking a professional athlete to stop being aggressive.. lol how stupid was that scenario to begin with. He is trying too hard shift the focus here. i'm more and more convinced that AH has been killed. Way too strange.
