Everything else (water, electricity, gas, trash) can be worked out with the utilities companies if you talk to them, but the most important thing is the roof over your head. And when you buy a house, you never (and I mean NEVER) want to be late on a mortgage payment, as that's the only thing that WILL affect your credit rating. Lynds, I recently revisited Monster Energy Supercross: The Game (the first one). I’d love to see you try it out on a video. It is unrecognizable compared to current Milestone games and I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun I had. It’s very arcade racer style but still a lot of fun!

Do UK guys move out late? At 24 I aldready had my own house, 2 kids and a wife.. Riding almost everyday (with the kids). I guess different culture.
Different economies, average house price is 300k, average wage is 30k, doesnt add up too well, ive moved 4 hours away from home just to go where its a bit cheaper
