Lovely, and and good example (if you never understood) of why an orchestra needs a conductor. Keeping those first and second violins together needs a little leadership, and the principal cannot do it all.

Not true, there was an asian guy. Even if there wasn't that means nothing because this is an orchestra, people are chosen based on skill and whether or not they want to be there. And it so happens to be that there is few variation in this orchestra
