I'm glad she released this live performance of Frozen from The Madame X Tour on the 25th anniversary of the Ray of Light album! Probably my favorite Madonna song ever!
Love the symbolism in this performance! Madonna originally wrote the Ray of Light album inspired by her then-newborn daughter Lourdes, and now she’s performing this song alongside a video of Lourdes who is grown up and looking like a young Madonna.

To first see M, I had to fly to Lisbon in 2004, because everything was sold out and it was the last and newly released date, so THAT was my CHANCE! Tickets were 55€, but I had to pay 240€ for plane tickets each for me and my ex-gf.. But it was FREAKING worth it!!!
And it's been that way ever since!! 2006 - Hanover, 2008 - Paris, 2009 - Munich, 2012 - Zurich, 2015 - Cologne, 2020 - Lisbon (again ❤️)!

To me this looks horrible. I go to a tour to see the performer not a projection of a video. I can watch that on tv at home. So glad I did not go to this tour. Rebel Heart was amazing though!
I've been to every Madonna tour there's been and Madame X was the most intimate and raw I've ever seen her. It was one of the most magical live experiences I've ever had. Especially since we all had to lock up our phones and be PRESENT. Madonna is a true artist. A legend. An ICON. Always the moment.

truly once in a lifetime experience. I was there in person at the London Palladium, It was so intimate and powerful at the same time. After seeing her insome massive stadiums shows or arenas, this intimate concert was truly magical.

The track is one of the best songs of all time, and this version is perfectly incorporated in today's standards sonically. Queen Of Reinvention is a title she deserves.
Today's standards bow to those who cannot really sing (particularly live) - thus this version is produced in a way to modulate original voice and hide off-key moments.

I remember watching this performance live in London, twice. No matter where you were sitting (upper seats or stalls), the experience was amazing. Quite an emotional and moving performance. I remember all of us were in awe while some others were crying. Some had lost their parent(s) and this performance caused some reasonable feelings.

Lol, none of her kids are nepo babies. Those people don’t know what they’re talking about. Madonna doesn't spoil anyone. She likes to work hard and earn things. The same applies to everyone around her. All of her kids earned their talent because she encouraged them. She didn’t hand them a truck load of money and told them “Do whatever you want” no, she did the exact opposite. I admire Madonna for all that effort and I wish most celebrities could follow her example.
