they focus a lot more on the team and they have more artistry and some less difficult skills but they still are amazing athletes and many elites go into NCAA.

also NCAA has a long "downtime" training from September to December and then competing every other weekend from January to May/June, whereas elites train and compete consistantly throughout the year.

And in my opinion at least for floor, there's a more variety so to speak of what try can do. Like with elite you can't shake your butt or do certain dance moves I think. But in ncaa u can. Plus elite actually rewards difficulty, and ncaa doesn't often reward it
