Egg yolks (4 pcs.).
Sugar (120g/4.2oz).
Milk (200ml/4/5 cups).
1/2 bar chocolate (50g/1.8oz).
Cream 33-36% (400 ml/1 + 3/5 cups).
Nescafé instant coffee (20g/0.7oz).
sugar (80g/2.8oz),
Very cold water (60ml/~1/4 cup).
While the ice cream sets, we enjoy a coffee-cream-chocolate dessert!
1 egg yolk.
Sugar (40g/1.4oz).
Cornstarch (15g/~1.5 tablespoons).
Milk (250ml/1 cup).
Butter (20g/2 tsp).
Chocolate (60g/2.1oz).
Cream 33-36% (100ml/2/5 cups).
Savoyardi cookies (about 3-4 pieces).
Nescafe coffee (17g/3 tbsp).
Sugar (60g/2.1oz).
Very cold water (70ml/~1/3 cup).
Chocolate for decoration.

For goodness sake, if all those who are complaining about the time are so concerned, don't watch it!!! I think the icecream looks delicious, and if you watched thinking that the icecream would be ready to eat in 5 mins, then you expect too much. I am happy to get a free recipe too but I don't like it when people feel they have to lie in the title about how long it takes or often it's low sugar but it actually isn't. Just be honest, just say delicious coffee ice-cream!
