I appreciate others who tinker with their gear and make mods. Also, a person that gets all the extra life out of things vs just getting a new one. Thanks for sharing!

I busted out in laughter within the first few seconds of this videos and saw that your pack is just smothered with seamgrip. I started using it on my trailrunners thanks to you and now I fear my running packs will soon look like yours haha :)

I have been thinking about adding a small waist belt too. Its nice to see someone do that too. The vest style pack spreds weight better than i ever thought it would, so it must be extra awsome like you have yours.

It’s not bad, but a hip belt helps when you’re overloading the pack for sure! Love to see it better integrated. Maybe I’ll make a better prototype for this specific pack this winter

@@TheLongRanger making a better one sounds...better. the trick with this kind of thing is working with the found materials and putting them together gracefully.

    Thanks for your video!
I'm interesting in addind a west belt. Could you give us some extra picture of it, reference/name and how did you realize it?
Thank you and happy new year!

I just zip tied a belt from a different pack onto the daisy chained webbing found on the side of the pack. Pretty easy. It only worked "OK" because the pack isn't designed for a belt to begin with. The bottom of the pack rests above my hips and there's no weight transfer to the hip belt because there's no internal frame of any sort.

How much seam grip do you go through a year? You seem to be the king of it.

Lol. I do find it very useful. One tip is to cover the inside of the cap on the threads with something like chapstick so you don’t seam seal itself closed.

@@higler. It's the famous scene from Scarface but instead of cocaine it's... SEAMGRIP!
