About the orange juice thing I noticed that too are they were they still doing that back then they give you just this little bit of ours use every time we go to a restaurant or something you just got to make sure they have free refills

In the 1990’s stand up comics visit their therapist Dr Katz. Laura is the receptionist and Ben is Dr Katz’s son. I love this so much for the very simple, silly, quiet, humor.

It wasnt until Bobs Burgers that he ever really stuck with scripts and even then, they use off script dialouge a ton (its the reason for the *unprofessional art style*).

I really thought I was odd for feeling this was so calming to listen to as I try to sleep, but looks like a ton of y’all do too! I remember this show as a kid. And never paid any attention. I absolutely love most of these comedians now in my late 30’s, so hearing their voices is also comforting. Also…what about the family guy skit where Pete’s like “what’s up with your skin, it’s all like, moving around and stuff” and dr.Kats goes “I think I’m having some sort of seizure. 😅
I remember watching this as a kid, it was often introduced by Penn Jillette in the Comedy Central bump between shows. I can hear his slightly gravely voice now.

I like how the dialogue seems like a real-time conversation instead of a one-way dialogue. Makes the series come alive in my opinion.
