Seems like alot of mods to get it running correctly especially for someone new to the hobby. Perhaps TWS will make some adjustments for 'version 2'. Might try and source the shell and use another chassis thats already sorted and RTR.

Depends if you are happy with the spec of the electrics that come with the RTR, because if you are going to want to replace them, you might as well buy the kit version. 👍
