What a beautiful place, the scenery on the way to the temple was awesome. The hike to the cave temple was worth the effort. Hope you were able to rest up afterwards.
We were so glad we pushed ourselves through the heat. It was just so awesome. We did crash after some rehydration. That humidity makes everything harder.
Oh my word! That cavern is literally breathtakingly beautiful! The limestone that just erodes into nature's beautiful creations! It's just magical! And I know I was tough doing that climb, especially in that kind of heat! And with your asthma, it had to have been so hard! My lungs were burning just hearing about it! I have a hard time breathing in humid weather, not climbing mountains! I really couldn't imagine! But seeing that wonderful cavern and the bridge and knowing that it was at one time, an under sea cave and cavern! That sea levels used to be so high that the cavern you are standing on, on top of that mountain, used to be under the sea! How amazing! And those monkeys were so cute! And these ones didn't seem to want to even try to interact with the people! Those adorable little faces looked even shy! And that temple was one that you really wanted to have to worship in order to even go through that climb! But how beautiful to see it all glowing in just the right light! I've seen that temple featured on a few shows before. It's gorgeous! Man everything about this episode was amazing! And knowing what you had to go through to bring those amazing sites to us! I'm eternally grateful to you both! Thank you Charlie and Liz❣️
That humidity never got easy for us. We are for sure cold weather people, but it was worth it to get there and save some cash on not getting a boat. We got to see more of the geology that way too. Thank you so much for coming along on this one and bringing all the excitement you do.

The hike was beautiful but OMG what a hike in the heat. Most would die doing that !! I was glad yous made it to the boat drop off area. It looked refreshing and tranquil. The monkeys were so awesome to see. I love monkeys🐒 Many great shots and videos of them :) That cave is amazingly beautiful ! Beautiful temple out there. When you showed me the water bubbles on your arm I gasped for you 🥵Charlie is that salt in your eyes from sweating ? as you rubbed them in pain. Probably salt in the eyes. The humidity there is way too much for us Northerners. Locals were hop, skip and jumping their way up. Lol! Thanks for watching!

Going up the mountain here is like military training. I've done it before. Going back down the mountain I want to rest for a long time. Everything hurts.😂🎉 The cave town hall is the palace where the kings lived in the past.
That last push up is brutal. Especially in the heat. Definitely would be great for training. We could use more hikes like this for sure
That is a Beautiful cave and that Temple is amazing , however that hike .... Thats how you tell devotion to a religion cause Im afraid I would have only made it twice before I entered the after life LOL.
I love those stalagmites and stalactites caves are so beautiful and such amazing places.
Yeah we'd haul the first board up and be like "I think that'll do it". The trees in there were really the best part though. They were so tall and looked amazing in that light.
This one was special, wow! Typically I have big long comments, but this one I just sat back and enjoyed every single bit of it and all the beauty and wonder! Some people commented that the cave was featured in Tekken 7. We looked it up and sure enough it was. Glad we caught the light we did, but I guess at just the right time of year it gets pretty epic. Would love to see that in person.

Oh my goodness, I have seen this cave before on National Georgraphic, or somewhere. but I had no idea the walk in and out was such a feat. Thank you for taking us along with you, your photography is amazing, I don't think you missed the light at all. it was truly lumonious. great photos of the monkeys too. at one time it was under the sea is just amazing to imagine. I am glad they don't want to interact with you. the monkeys that is. I hope you had enougy water to hydrate and renew your bodies that was a hard climb out and in.
We'd seen photos of it too, but going there really brought it to life. We were glad to catch the light we did, but we hear it gets even better. Ti.e of year helps too. Thank you, YT Mom!

That is not a temple, but the King's pavilion. It is one of scenes in the game Takken 7 (2017) is a mixed scene of Khao Luang Cave Phetchaburi and Phraya Nakhon Cave of Prachuap Province. It is the scene of the introduction of the Muay Thai fighter named Fah Krumram.

Hey there!! You were an angel for making us hot cocoa. Thank you so much, and thank you for watching our vid too. Yes, we did brush up on basics of languages, but our Vietnamese is better. It was our first country so we had more time to prepare. "Yes, no, please, thank you, excuse me/sorry, hello and goodbye" go a long way. For extra credit we found "how much is this?", numbers from 1 to 100, "backpack, where is the bathroom?, what is this called?" and words for different meats/foods (pork, chicken, fish, noodles, rice, etc). Hope that helps! Nice meeting you guys.
Not up selling but the officer just telling you the other options plus with the local services 😅 and by boat operate by the local people not The Nation park officer if I am not wrong because hiking at the national park is dangerous too so they want to make sure that you guy can taking care yourselves go&back with the time limit of National park close time. National park fee cannot up selling everywhere in Thailand
She really did give us a fair warning on that hike. Should've forked out the Baht for the boat ride. Lol!

Just found that out and found the scene on youtube. That is so awesome. Thanks for watching. Glad we could show you a different perspective. The boat is the smart way to do it though. Haha.
These Langurs are not aggressive at all, actually quite docile! BTW the cave was not discovered by the “King” it was discovered long ago, however a revered King Rama V (Chulalongkorn) visited the cave, thus the Pavilion was built to accommodate him during his visit, so it’s not a temple!
So we had a few details wrong there. Thank you for clarifying and watching. We learn a lot from this comment section and appreciate that so much.
