I lost all trust in the SCOTUS when they passed on verifying the 2020 election results.
It would have caused civil war. Sometimes, they have to moderate by inaction knowing that in the future the right people will be elected form the bottom up

The court made the right decision! There is no constitutional right to abortion and even the famed RBG admitted so. States can make the choice for themselves.

Hi Evelyn. Actually, the Court hasn't made a decision yet. When they do, it will only say...the States can decide. Some States will say yes and some will say no. For me...I just don't want to pay for abortions for anyone. They can open up their own purse to pay for erasing an unborn. Take care. Say a prayer. God bless!

The Supreme Court needs to seek out the persons/person responsible for this leak and deal with it very harshly, VERY HARSHLY!!!

Absolutely, just look at the lady activist just voted in to the Supreme Court.
It is time to start holding these Law Schools that are putting out "activist" attorneys that are driven by emotion rather than the sound, rational, unaffected Rule Of Law. This is a vital, very critical aspect of our legal system. If our legal system becomes populated by activist judges and attorneys, they will all soon be submitting briefs and decisions that virtually ignore the law and will subvert the long standing substance of our relatively young but extremely successful nation's adherence to the Law that underlies our success and is at the very core of the United States' reputation of "opportunity for all" and "Justice for All."
Activists do not follow the rule of law, rather they do subvert it via emotional reactions to indoctrination to the concepts entirely counter to our Judeo-Christian (aka AMERICAN) ethics. These values have always been upheld in our system of justice and while it is not perfect, it is actually the best in the world because it applies to all, rich or poor, white or black. Again, it is attorneys that navigate and utilize and defend these values that keep our system of justice, civil and criminal, working. This because our law schools have always taught the history and values inherent in our body of laws and system of jurisprudence. If that group of attorneys begin subverting and ignoring these values and ethics, our system will be ripe for corruption and rife with corruption. Corruption cannot be permitted to go unpunished, no matter which "party" or "ideology" that anyone adheres to. The law is the law and it must be upheld. Activist judges and attorneys are antithetical to the Law.

I hope they find out who did this soon. Whoever that person is should ABSOLUTELY
be charged criminally and not get a slap on the wrist but AT LEAST 2 years in prison
with no early release. A precedent needs to be established for anyone who does
what this person has done. If they do not criminally prosecute and send this person
to prison for AT LEAST 2 years, there is a risk of someone else down the line that may
do this. A person will think twice before pulling something like this if they know they
would be facing severe consequences of criminal charges and a few years in prison. If that isn't done, this will eventually happen again. They have to make a strong example out of this person who leaked this.

This is a serious breach of ethics by someone inside the Supreme Court. A draft vote is not an official one and whoever did this seriously undermined the work of the court. RBG would be severely upset over such behavior if she was still there. This is very unfortunate as the SCOTUS needs to be able to work on legal issues, regardless of who or what it is, to develop good, solid reviews of the law without people jumping the shark before they can fully examine it. This is the same lack of ethics polluting our Congress and it is difficult to watch how that culture has infected the court.
And you can thank a complete lack of any moral compass in the leadership of the Democrat party. Their lust for power began with Clinton's lies and has continued with utter contempt for our laws, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, every symbol of our country, and an utter contempt for human life and their horrific support for the mutilating of innocent children in this insane fad of gender choice which has NO basis in science or sound medical practice.
