    Ras Malai ek popular Indian dessert hai jo malai (milk cream) aur chhena (paneer) se banaya jata hai aur mitha doodh mein bhigo kar serve kiya jata hai. Yeh creamy aur mazedar dessert garama garam ya thanda thanda enjoy kiya jata hai, especially festivals aur special occasions par. Neeche diye gaye instructions ke mutabiq aap ghar par hi delicious Ras Malai tayar kar sakte hain:
    Ingredients:
    For Ras Malai Balls:
    1 liter full-fat doodh (milk)
    2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
    2 cups water
    1 cup cheeni (sugar)
    4 cups pani (water)
    For Ras (Sweetened Milk):
    1 liter doodh (milk)
    1/2 cup cheeni (sugar)
    1/2 teaspoon elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
    Kesar (saffron) strands (optional)
    Kaju (cashews) and pista (pistachios) for garnish
    Instructions:
    Prepare Chhena (Paneer):
    Ek patili mein doodh ko garam karein aur usme lemon juice ya vinegar daal kar ache se mix karein.
    Doodh ko thoda thoda karke chhena alag alag karein. Jab doodh se paani alag ho jaye aur chhena shesh ho jaye, tab chhena ko paani se strain kar lein. Strained chhena ko 15-20 minutes ke liye thanda hone ke liye rakh dein.
    Thanda hua chhena ko ache se press karke squeeze kar lein taaki excess paani bahar nikal jaye.
    Knead and Shape the Ras Malai Balls:
    Thanda hua chhena ko ek smooth dough banane ke liye ache se knead karein.
    Chhena dough se chhote chhote gol ya flat balls bana lein.
    Cook the Ras Malai Balls:
    Ek patili mein pani aur cheeni ko milayein aur usse ubaal aane dein.
    Ubaale hue paani mein chhena balls ko dheere dheere daal kar 15-20 minutes tak pakayein. Balls double ho jayenge.
    Ubaale hue paani se balls ko nikaal kar thande paani mein daal dein.
    Prepare Ras (Sweetened Milk):
    Ek alag patili mein doodh garam karein aur usmein cheeni, elaichi powder aur saffron strands daal kar mix karein.
    Doodh ko thoda thick hone tak pakayein.
    Soak the Ras Malai Balls:
    Thande paani se nikale hue chhena balls ko gently squeeze karke ras mein daal dein. Thode der ke liye ras mein bhigone dein taaki wo mazedar ho jayein.
    Chill and Serve:
    Bhigaye hue Ras Malai ko thanda karke refrigerator mein thanda hone ke liye rakh dein.
    Thanda hone ke baad, garnish karein chopped kaju aur pista se aur thandi thandi serve karein.
