Reading all the comments....just when I thought I was the only older Fairy lover, there are so many others out there. 😄. It is marvelous to be Whimsical. I too, love creating and making little gardens from all sorts found on my sons farm. Twigs, branches, stones and wood. Sell them at markets, people love them.

These are so precious, Brandy! I have always loved little miniature scenes since I was a small child. Whether it's Christmas Miniatures, or doll houses, but woodland scenes with gnomes and fairies are my favorite! The moss really set everything just perfectly! 🍄🍄🍄🧚♀️🧚♂️
Ps. I forgot to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎂 🥳 🎉 We're born in the same year, I believe ('73?). My birthday is next month. And I can relate to menopause 😬 it is miserable although 1 a Day Women's Menopause suppleme t really helped with the hot flashes. Maybe you can use an ice pack around your neck if you get bad hot flashes - that really helped me 😊

Thank you! I keep a damp washcloth beside the bed to put on my face or neck when I wake up with a night sweat and I keep a insulated container of ice water to sip. Did I mention I also have 2 fans going all night? 😁
@Making It My Own DIYs lol there are good things about growing older, but....menopause isn't one of them! The cold cloths sound nice. It does get better though, I promise. 😊

Happy Belated Birthday! I am so loving all these projects! Both of these are so cute! Whimsicle and magical! I love the ferns in the woods on my property. When I was making my Fairy garden flower bed, my granddaughters were young. They would giggle when I would tell them that when the ferns were moving it was the fairies having a party!! Now that they are teenagers they just give me a look! LOL!

I just sat down to watch a bit of creative CZcams and there you were.
I have never been a fairies/elf kind of person.. but just last week... I started with a Dollar-Tree birdhouse, I was putting little pebbles on it.. then took off the roof, then added cardboard to make it taller... more pebbles, then a paper-mache dome... painted up it's not a bird house it a fairy mushroom house... Didn't plan it... not I'm on a kick to do more...

Hi Kathie! Great question! I actually pick mine, sit it in the sun on the porch to dry it out. I have been told by others that you can soak it in a mild bleach and water solution then put out to dry. I haven't done that yet.
