Jeep Wrangler Magnaflow Exhaust Install

- Jeep Wrangler JK Magnaflow Dual Exhaust Install, although this exhaust system is just a axle back. The results are actually kinda shocking. The Jeep still has the stock resonator on it, the only thing different is the Magnaflow dual axle back and it now has a deep nice rumble to it!
The install couldn't have gone any smoother, with basic garage tools anyone can do this just as easily as we did.

Thank you for the great free music! Make sure to check out his stuff! - Krátké a kreslené filmy
Even when you removed the stock exhaust with nothing on, it sounded nice 😂 great vid! I have mine on the way.
This was actually a well put together video. 👍👍👍
Amazing what a new muffler can do. Sounds so much better
You don't need a muffler just a cold air intake
thanks for posting, great job!
sounds great bro
Exhaust hanger removal tool dude...$10. Nice video!
Very informative video and I am not surprised in the least that the hardest part of the install...is removing the stock part (seems like that's the case for almost all of our installs, no?). Just out of curiosity, but do you get royalties from the dealership you bought the Jeep from? I saw the license plate surround "advertising board" and have always been curious on if people arrange some sort of payment from the dealership for the thing (that and the tattoo they put on the back of the car).
For those of you that want a nice sound this with a good cold air intake work best but another option is using just a cold air intake so your not stuck with a loud exhaust under all driving conditions and will only hear this sound when your get on the gas.
A cold air intake also needs a tune on your vehicle which can void the warranty.
@@jefc3333 It’s 10 years old, I’m pretty sure the warranty is long gone
As always thanks for watching and I will see you in the next one (:
Texassss!!!! Where you from bro??? How much did the muffler run?? And those headlights... nice ... nice jeep !
Entertaining and informative time lapse video. Lose the music though, especially during the sound tests.
Nick, can you a new video with the resonator delete, I hv the same setup, need a little more sound, but don’t want it to be too much, I ‘d like to see how it sounds
do you have a cold air intake?
I wish this smaller, stainless steel, dual exhaust was the standard instead of aftermarket. Jeep seems committed to fuel economy anyway.
Do u have to cut anything after removing the factory muffler
Do they have one thats more aggressive than yours?
Bro, do u have drone effect when driving at constant speed? For example highway?
Greetings!
Daniel Petkanov nah none, even removed the resonators after this install and still none
Nick Harding how does it sound with the resonator delete. Would love to see a follow up on this and hear your opinion. I'm torn on which exhaust to buy and while I think I'm leaning towards the 15160... I may want a little more out of it.
xPK44x in my opinion this is one of the best setups offered for the 3.6 if you do the resonator delete. The magna-flow keeps it very deep and the delete adds a little more rumble an idle to it. Still very quiet and no drone
What's drone effect???
Does it make a difference if I dont delete the resonator
Did you reset your battery before installing the exhaust?
damian dominion no reason to, it was an axle back install. Dealt with no connections what so ever
@@nickharding2733 it is suggested to do so, that you need to disconnect the battery so that the vehicles ecu can accept the change has been made. It is debatable, I'd like to know myself. I am going to get a magnaflow exhaust soon
@@dsolid - why would you need to disconnect the battery? The car would never know if you have a muffler or not... This is all after the O2 sensor (axle back) and simply a bolt on.
Should’ve gone with the Flowmaster bro
Nah bro, the Flowmaster is too much. Sounds like a fucking ricer. This Magnaflow fits the Jeep better
No rust. Your lucky.
Loud exhaust always sounds like ass on a v6, like a fart on a 4 banger
