    Abdullah Oduro is a first-generation Ghanian who embraced Islam in 1997. He graduated from the College of Islamic Law from the University of Madinah in 2007. He is currently the Imam at the Islamic Center of Coppell and Lewisville in Dallas, TX, and a resident scholar with Yaqeen Institute. He is an avid fitness enthusiast and loves sharing his "wisdom workouts" with young Muslim youth!

    Amina Khan is an award-winning Fitness Coach and Founder of Amanah Fitness. She has inspired thousands of busy Muslim families all over the world to start exercising with her at-home workout videos. She was named Canada's Top Fitness Instructor Specialist in 2018 and has been featured in The New York Times, Canadian Living Magazine, Women's Health Magazine, Al Jazeera, and Global News.
    Amina is currently completing her Ph.D. degree in Health Psychology. Her goal is to provide research-based solutions for Muslim families to overcome cultural fitness struggles and increase inclusivity in the fitness industry.

    I enjoyed my AIP Paleo food tonight for iftar to reduce inflammation! Coconut Lime Chicken with Cauliflower Rice, Broccoli, and Asparagus! Since I carry extra weight and have degenerative disc disease, I'm afraid to carry MORE weight if it puts more pressure on my spine. I will get there inshaAllah.

    Is walking not the best exercise for beginners. I feel it is a very underrated excercise

    Yep, I have that issue with my coolin. Any suggestions for, constipation, because I can't drink prune juice all of the time, it has sugar to. Alhamdulillah 😅, please help.

    Now that I have lost weight, I need muscle mass do to flab showing, what can I use as a powder, that won't break the bank?

      You Mean protein powder? U can jisy eat protein dense foods like cottage cheese, eggs, salmon, fish, lentils, cheese etc. target sells inexpensive protein powder, that u can use as a supplement. But if you want muscle mass, get that protein in your diet and LIFT weight!
