Dec20 2021.…….. our Pomeranian Ringo and me I were grieving together 😳 it aged both of us..he was my Rock if he wasn't at the door waiting to I would scream for him😭if he didn't come I felt panicked. He had a collapsed trachea. He would have been 11 this Apr 29....I had to put him down Jan 5. I'm afraid to really grieve. Two of the main loves of my life gone I'm so devastated I'm freaking hoarding bags of garbage. It's a fire wall I guess. I need a puppy. I'm so in love with Poms what a big dog. U know what I mean. Hilarious you see everything in their eyes! Hope you see this if not I guess it was a good journaling moment. If you know any place that would have them? I can't afford at all to spend the big price I see. It's one of income now. My cats miss their big bro. Especially Puddles. She's my "dog-kitty". She loved that dog followed him around, when we would go racing down the stairs to let Ringo out, she ran right with him😊. ✌️
Totally relate. My husband died November of 2021. We used to have three Pomeranians one at a time. Now I have begun to watch Pomeranian videos. I want to find a place where I can go and pet Pomeranians.
Yes toys. I think our home is carpeted in BarkBox toys. As is the back yard, camper, porch I think you get it. He barks like a crazy person at times but is mostly quiet normally. He loves to wear shirts and his raincoat. Worst thing is hweLOVES to play in the snow which means he becomes a very large walking snowball. It takes nearly and hour to defrost and dry him out!
When my Pomeranian dog was still alive he never chewed my Xmas decorations on the Xmas tree . I really missed my Pomeranian dog he passed away2 years ago he was very sick he was 14 years old .😢😢
I have 2 Pomerainans Poppy and Winston they are a year and a half years old Nov30 they will both be 2 years old mine are show dog bloodline I have never heard Poppy my baby girl bark except a tiny cheep if Winston needs food he’ll come get me so I can go check on it he’s so funny how he communicates with me he’s always talking to me about his food or water bowl I also put a dental water additive for tarter to prevent it from getting on there teeth there teeth look like they’ve been to the dentist they are so pretty and white. I still should brush there teeth these dogs are adorable and there personalities are so different Winston is lazy and laid back Poppy is a bouncy little girl she loves being in her papas lap when she’s not in his lap she wants in mine the only thing is there hair is a peace of work to take care of it takes me three hours to bath and brush and dry there hair and comb them out with a comb if you don’t come them out everyday they will get some mats there hair is so fine like cat fur it’s so soft and easy to tangle up but if your looking for a living dog this is the dog for you they are very difficult to potty train it took me a good year of constantly taking them out to get them potty trained it takes persistence if you don’t have persistence you’ll take one step forward and two steps back they are very hard to house train I house broke my sons Westie in 3 months he was so easy.
My kids own a blue-black Pomeranian. His fluffy as hell, Beautiful! He’s a good boy and funny thing is that he never barks! Lol I sure would like for him to bark whenever he hears something unusual or if someone comes to the door. He gets along extremely well with my 3 Siamese cats.
My Pom hardly ever barks. She is overly friendly, especially towards human men. Poms are very fragile. She injured her left shoulder, and has 2 surgeries, since the pin slipped after the first surgery. I blame the vet clinic, that sent her home without pain meds, after a major orthopedic surgery. They also did not tell me I would need a crate until they discharged her the same day of the surgery. She was 13 at the time and the cage was in my garage for 12 years and needed a major cleaning, that took me hours. Because she was in pain, she was thrashing about, and screaming, and the emergency line at the vets office was busy all night. The pin slipped and she lost her front left leg. She has adjusted, but she falls all the time, and I cry all the time watching, this sweet, perfect little dog suffer. I do not know how she got hurt, it could have happened when she jumped off my bed, so she is not allowed to sleep with me any more. She has 3 dog beds. Seeing a perfect, well behaved, sweet, cuddly little dog like her suffer, hurts me so much, that I still cry 1 year latter, She is my second Pom, and the most wonderful dog ever to walk the face of this earth. She turned 14 in April, and I pray to God she lives a very long life. I look at her as a gift from God, to cherish every day of my life. A better dog has never existed. I was in the hospital recently and a good friend took care of her, and fell in love with her.Poms are fantastic little dogs, but my 4 lb 6 oz baby is the best of the breed.
All I can say about Pomeranians that they are amazing little dogs I had three I had one that had puppies I kept the two black ones that she had these little dogs never ever barked at anybody just to bark they barked only when someone came to the door they were extremely very sweet to everybody that walked in twirling around to get attention they would walk outside with me and a rabbit would go by and it was just a little look and that was it any dog that walked up to them they never ever barked at them or growled at them Pomeranians might be yappy like they say but mine were very special although I lost all three two at 17 years old and wanted 16 years old and I love them with all my heart and soul and I will always buy another one. I recently had the pleasure of babysitting my sons pomeranian. I fell in love with him but his mom lives in Georgia and he went home with her, I'm 82 but I walked him 3 or 4
I have a throw back / cream colored / fox face pomeranian. She is verry active we walk 4 miles away. My pomeranian only likes balls packs them every where we go even walking my pomeranian only likes noise balls. My pomeranian lives rain she has rain coats .. My pomeranian does not like outher dogs around me she only wants me and me alone will not eat I travel with her wve3y white I rarely leave her if I do ots for no more than 48 hours she will not eat unless I give e or to her that includes chews ,treats, her dog food, scraps
Do not shave your Pomeranian it ruins there coat it comes back very splotchy like it has the mange it looks awful never let anyone sheer it to the skin like a sheep only trim with scissors I trim my dogs myself I haven’t found a good groomer that trims it the way I want it they charge 100.00 for two dogs
My Stormy was a little black Pom that loved her toys. You didn't dare put them out of reach or try to hide them. She became frantic looking for them. She loved car rides, even to the vet. She would follow Mom around the house while I was at work. Like she was protecting her. When I came home she followed me. Watching me to make sure l would come to the living room to watch TV. And wouldn't go to bed until I would. She'd go to her pen and go to sleep. She was easy to train, but, was like a little general and could be stubborn. But she was affectionate and playful with everyone. 4-footed or 2-footed. She was smart. You couldn't foolhardy. Loved her so much as you can tell. Sorry l talked so much. Thank you for letting me brag on her. She meant a lot to us. ❤😂 12:28

My dog does not bark the way you say. He smiles more than anything and is a very social animal.
