38:08 - Those double lines are not a single jet with dual lights on the sides. Although you might think that's a single object, I'd bet those lights are miles apart and it's two objects traveling the same direction at the same time. If you think about how high up in the sky that is and think about a jet you see up in the sky during the day, when you do notice them way up there like that, how large is a jet? It just looks like a little spec of dust from that far away right? Imagine a jet the size you're describing? It would have to be the size of an entire large city to span that distance from so high up. Possibly even the size of a couple cities. No single object is that large. So those must be two jets traveling the same basic route, probably miles apart.
Actually, looking at them again, based on the appearance, I'm going to say those are probably both shooting stars so it was a single large object and getting burned up and broken apart entering the atmosphere. Pretty cool. I don't seem to recall ever seeing a dual shooting star before.
