Please, don't compare Jamie Cullum to anybody! Jamie is so special, talented & charming personality! There is absolutely no sense to compare, it's ridiculous!,

I love it, like everything Jamie's play. Il y a beaucoup de talent chez lui et, en live, il est exceptionnel ! Ouvrez un peu vos yeux et vos oreilles, merci ! Véronik

Love this song. When she was still performing, it used to be Cleo Laine's traditional exit. As for Jamie, he's not bad. He has his own style. I am not fond of the Harry Connick, Michael Buble songs that are overprocessed. When I was a kid, I was lucky enough to have a Dad who took me to see Ella, Mel Torme, Cleo Laine, and John Dankworth. As with most things, time marches on I do like Jose James and Gregory Porter. There is also this young black woman whose first name is Cecil but has a three-pronged name and I can't remember the rest but she is a terrific singer.

He is very talented at this music. Just because it isn't quite what you like doesn't give you any right to talk badly about a highly talented musician. You say that "he could be expected to get the damn thing right", well this is simply his interpretation of a standard. Simply copying the original ignorantly, which is clearly what you have done over 40 years, shows very limited musical ability and high ignorance. Jazz, like all music, will continue to develop.

Imposter... He has stolen the style of Harry Connick Jr, and put a twist on it... unimpressed..

Harry Cronnick Jr was annoying and so is Samie Cullum. Maybe if he had lived a bit. But a teenager trying to sing the blues is just laughable. I put him on the same annoyance scale as Andre Dia-Reiu.
