RZR 900 XP oversized tire rub

- We had recently put 27 x 10 - 14 ITP tires on a set of 14 x 7 4-3 offset ITP SD Dual bead locks and ended up with a rub through bumps and dips while turning. Did some research and found out how to modify the fenders to eliminate rub. So we decided to make a video to help anyone else out there with the same concern. Hope this helps you.

Just did this mod in a little over an hour. Put 30s on my 2014 RZR 900 eps....I cant say how ez it was. I used a dremel and made the necessary cuts in about 45 seconds per side. Great vid thanks for the guidance. Ez stuff.

You know this video old when everyone running 30-10-r14s with no issues. I came to make sure those would fit on my 14 900xp. Still left questioning after this though....
@@donalderdman9849 I'm gonna go with 28s. Mostly due to not wanting different control arms or lift. Also for performance and no clutching adjustments.
Yes. This was a few years back... ......no suspension mods at the time. 2o12 RZR XP 900... 27" tires rubbed until this mod. These machines have changed alot over the last 8 years.
I think mine was done before I got it ... My 27s have so much room they look oddly small .
Do you have forward control arms? Or a lift?
@@David-vy2ty forward control arms are going on next year ... i put my suspension up 1" , I just got new rims n 30" tires yesterday .... if they have issues ill be referencing this vidro again tonight .

No lift. No other mods at the time except 27" tires.. thanks for the positive comment.
We haven't had RE shirts for a couple years now. They were for our race team. If we get a few more folks interested we might have to place another order....👍🏼
They say you can put 30 x 9 x 14 without rub after this mod.

Sorry for just now seeing this question. No lift. At the time no forward control arms either. All stock suspension.
