- My brothers… yes it’s unfortunate to not have anyone who understands when the weight we carry gets heavy-when we vent but it’s misconstrued as complaining. However, as in the gym, sometimes we need to rack the weight in the middle of our set when we do not have a spotter. In life, “racking the weight” may be taking a long walk or drive, talking to a confidant or counselor. Either way, do something to give yourself a mental break. Please learn from my mistakes… the right amount of pressure can burst pipes, and none of us are metal. #WagingWarWithin

Stay strong my brothers, focus on God and your strength and not your problems. Meditation can really help lighten the load. Confessing our faults and releasing the weight that way will help tremendously.Also, dive into the Torah of Wisdom and you will gain the valuable treasure that you need to make it through. Ecclesiasticus, Proverbs, Wisdom of Solomon and Ecclesiastes are key for our everyday life struggles.
