    @"xcinder360", yes, on Monday, September 24, 1984, this "Scrabble" game show had Mr. Charles "Chuck" H. Woolery as its former host just as his previous studio announcer there was late Mr. Jay Stewart [though actually, it turns out that his real last name was Fix while his middle name was Stewart]!

    I think the bonuses started on 10/15/84, going from 32 year old memory. The earliest episodes of Scrabble USA network aired where from October 1984 when the bonuses were introduced.

      And They Reaired in Fall 1992.

    "Super Password" was in its third day while "Scrabble" just survived the summer of '84 about this time. NBC had three game shows that premiered in 1984. "Hot Potato" aired in late January of that year replacing "Go!".
