Not a nice bike. My son got a Rascal 16 since 4 months. There are already lot of rust everywhere especially over all the screws. The brakes are very bad and hard, I replace them by a set of Shimano T-4000, it's already better but it would have been better to design specific brakes for Children like Voom did. Furthermore, the transmission can be very noisy and very difficult to clean. The rear belt gates is wonky and make a noise if the belt is a bit tensed. To finish, the assemblage of the bike was made without a torque wrench. All screws are extremely difficult to remove. I contacted Rascal about the noise, I asked to get a new rear belt gates, they say me to go to a shop to make a maintenance.... For a 525 Euros little bike, the quality is far below my expectation. And if you're not living in Czech Republic, you can forget about any service since there are not enough dealer abroad to take care of your bike using the warranty.
