Great vid, i use this on my beard all the time. Really makes a difference if you mix it with a leave in conditioner as well. I mix mine with the deep conditioner from shea moisture men's and a carrot/ tea tree oil blend. Always have great results
Thanks for leaving this comment! I've been trying to figure out if it's better to use the castor oil in my hair before or after washing, so you gave me some more info. But my stylist used Shea Moisture on my hair the last time I went to her and I loved it. Most likely going to buy their leave-in conditioner soon🤘
@@dorkga1092 i use it after, and on the days i dont wash my hair and beard. It helps keep it moisturized and not have that dry itchy feeling nor the over greased heavy feeling. I apply 2 times in the mirning and at night usually after i do my facial routine. I wash my hair and beard every other day to keep it growing healthy and naturally and i use products like shea moisture and bevel for men that arent so harsh about stripping your hair of its natural oils and ph. Me personally i prefer the heavyweight moisturizer over the light weight. Cantu has some great products as well

Try not washing your hair everyday that will strip the natural oils you have in your hair already sometimes it’s good to keep your hair a just lil dirty keeping in the oil for as long as possible , and try not to stress much easier said than done but try not to stress 🦋
Hi I’m not even black but someone recommended me this oil because apparently it’s for itch scalping (freeforming dreads) and I don’t have to wash my hair for like 1 month in order for them to lock up, so after I apply this oil like every other day can I leave it in and then wash it off in 2 - 3 weeks?

Im a man i used it on my beard i love it but ive learned that you should mix it with another oil to prevent from clogging your pores its definitely helped my beard grow though
Ive used it since growing my beard last year, i mix mine with deep condioner from shea moister men and also tea tree oil. I do this after i wash my beard neck and face and apply witchhazel before applying the oil and conditioner blend works great

I’m 19 and the same thing is happening to me too 😭 it’s because I have pcos. I recommend you get your vitamin levels tested bc low zinc and iron can contribute to hair loss. Also stress unfortunately 🙃 it’s hard to not be stressed when your hair is falling out but it’ll be okay. I’d definitely talk to your doctor to see if you should see a gynecologist or a dermatologist
Castor oil definitely helps with regrowth though
Also take vitamins and eat healthy and drink plenty of water

hiii!!💜 i actually recently posted a video all about my curl pattern and i explain others if you go on my channel it’ll be the 3rd video😊
And aft wash my hair ...and aft it dried...wat type of oil can be applied to control the dryness and frizz
you should apply regular hair products such and cream and gels and then you could apply oils to seal it in. oils such as argon oil, coconut oil and sunflower oil those will help seal in moisture and that might help with the frizz !

if you do it every night it could cause a lot of build up on your scalp so your pores will be clogged and won’t be able to produce hair growth. but it should be fine to do it 2-3 times a week!

I feel like mine always makes my hair feel so greasy! Is it best to use it before I shower or after?
I see people with straight hair wash it after leaving it in for hours because their hair gets oily . Curly hair people can leave it in because most of our hair gets really dry quickly. It is also good to mix it with another oil , like coconut oil

how long does it take for Jamaican black castor oil to expire?
i looked it up and it said that cold pressed castor oil has a shelf life of 5 years and regular castor oil can expire in 1 year but if not opened it can last another year

i like the Garnier damage repairing shampoo in papaya extract i get it at target☺️ and i’ve never had any problems with build up from the castor oil !

i used to use that! i haven’t tried using it with a hair lotion but i think you could experiment with using them together and see how your hair reacts then go from there
After useing this oil, should I have to do shampoo,how many days should have to do oiling and shammpoo.
i do recommend shampooing since it can cause a lot of build up and i only did it once a week since i wash my hair once a week! but you can do it more often if you feel like you’re hair can handle that and if it doesn’t cause any serious build up on your scalp
