Alec Baldwin stands trial for the involuntary manslaughter / shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins which took place October 21 2021 on the "Rust" movie set outside Santa Fe New Mexico. Also injuring director Joel Souza.
Hannah Gutierrez Reed was convicted at trial in march of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to 18 months in prison. She is now demanding her release from prison citing prosecutors withheld evidence.

When they dropped the charges the first time. The state surprised me when they recharged him. I think this prosecutor wanted to recharge Alex thinking it I put convict him then I will become well known!! Problem is that this case has a lot of misconduct on the state side. Now she will known as the prosecutor who hid evidence while trying to convict Alex!!

EVIDENCE HAS ALWAYS BEEN WITHHELD, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS FOR PUTTING INNOCENT PEOPLE IN PRISON. Yeats later they were exonerated when DNA or other EVIDENCE WAS WITHHELD COMES TO LIGHT! SO I BELIEVE JUSTICE WAS SERVED

i absolutely agree!!! im shocked and disgusted by it. This is straight up a once in a lifetime case where justice actually was won!! I hate that this innocent woman lost her life, but in no way what so ever could anybody with common sense think that it was the fault of alec baldwin! and im no alec baldwin fan or anything, im a fan of right and wrong! Watching different channels and chats is interesting. The chat follows the channel creator's view. I have always noticed it. But, noticed it very much today! Emily D Bakers chat is like WOW! They know there is trouble with the prosecution and LE........ The chat here is thinking the defense is being sneaky. So interesting.

Do people even listen these days? Troy Teske never said the live ammo he turned in was from the set of Rust. He said they may be related to the live ammo from the set. Troy also ties the ammo to both Reed and Kenny through his statement. The fact that it took almost three years for what Troy Teske knew and had (regardless of its merit) says a lot about the investigation. The handling of this information once it was collected by both law enforcement and prosecution screams what was left to be said. All in all, there is certainly a lot of shady shit involved in this case. Ultimately, the gun was in Alec Baldwin’s hand when it went off (trigger pull or not). So, Alec Baldwin has to share some of the blame. For a dimple like what was on that primer to appear, the revolver hammer had to be pre-cocked or a full squeeze of the trigger. No other way for it to have happened. Alec Baldwin may have gotten off criminally, but will either settle civilly or be found liable.
The family had gotten justice when the armour girl went to prison for 18 months
His lawyers were amazing. They destroyed the prosections case. Wow. See what money can buy. Wow.

She got what she deserved and I think she should be disbarred and prosecuted herself for the way she handled this trial and herself! To take the stand well that was ballsey but she burned herself! Why was this judge allowed to become the leader of the defense team, take over for the defense and continuously question the person on the stand? I’ve been in court rooms for over 23 years and have never once seen any judge take the reins from PA nor Defense attorney.

I disliked this man. His mocking impersonation of Trump truly left me with utter disrespect for Baldwin and then, to his calling Trump a murderer. With all that, I never let my feelings rule what I believed was just or unjust. This prosecutor broke the rules and trusted people when she should not have, just like Baldwin. But still, she was going to get Baldwin and teach him a lesson, a lesson that she herself never learned. I'm so glad that justice was served for both of them.

I’m guessing people haven’t searched for what others on the set have said what truly happened as they witnessed it, since those are saying he wasn’t responsible.
Firstly, this is all for entertainment purposes and is only alleged. 😉
But the fact he lied and said he didn’t fire it…is a joke in itself.
For his attorney to say he didn’t have the training as others have had on other productions…Alec had done freakin TONs of movies over the last 40yrs or so, firing g-*ns of every sort. I have only worked on a couple film sets where firearms were used, but I’ll tell ya, I saw every single actor who worked with them, STILL check their prop g*ns before the scene even began. I asked if they knew what they were looking at and they ALL chuckled as they said, oh yeah- they’re nothing the same, and said they had all been taught to check them once it’s in their hand and to treat them still as if they are legit live firearms.
But he also couldn’t stand that poor women, so to then act as tho they were friends…also made it the most sus.
But even with all of that being said…the MOST IMPORTANT details of this whole ordeal…is the background stuff that most have no idea about because they only go by what the media feeds them.
That live bullet wasn’t an accident- they most all are aware of this.
