Hey Normads, August is one of the worst times of the year to visit the Falls especially this year with the drought that Zambia just experienced cause most of the Zambian river's that feed the Zambezi river didn't receive enough rain fall this past year, I'd advise you reschedule your trip to July which is still not the best month to view the falls, or postpone your visit to next year between March and May to experience the full pick of the Mosi O Tunya Falls

It’s okay for them to go in August & see the falls when they’re a bit dry & go to the Devil’s pool, which can not be accessed during the dry season. There’re other activities which they can enjoy during the dry season too.

I lived by a beach for a few years and got sick of it because of the sand...I rather be by a pool anytime than a beach....I believe a beach is good for vaca but dont need to live on the beach...overrated
