hi it is common concept that tax always charged on the value of goods value of goods calculation formula against 5% will be 5÷105×100=4.7619% so that 8500.00 included tax calculation will be 8500.00 - 4.7619%(404.76) = 8095.24 (value of goods) 8095.24 + 5%(404.76)tax = 8,500.00
actually when we subtract 5% this time 5% calculates on entire amount including tax but when we again add 5% this time 5% calculates on amount which is less by tax already
