I personally lost 70 lbs (I'm 5'2", my highest weight was 207) My goal is to lose 10-15 more and these last few pounds are the hardest, but I'm proud of what I've been able to do so far. And while exercise is deff important, most of it was from a change in diet :)

Minji and Heejin, if you commit to a workout regimen, you don't want to ruin all the effort you're putting in, and it makes it easier to keep from overeating. Diets are not good for you, but eating properly is, especially if you exercise regularly.

not everyone has enough experience...they just see something on TikTok and assume it to be real.....and sometimes even these 6 months transformations are fake...they might take 1-1.5 years and just for the sake of popularity,the y tell lies...

@@remains10 why would they use steroids...they were skinny and maybe fat too...steroids and enhancing hormones are specifically meant to increase [already preseent muscle mass] but yes they might have used external trt\hrt- {testosterone} bcoz their body might be producing very low amount and low amount of trt hinders muscle hypertrophy/growth

these transformations always inspire me but it’s hard because I get easily distracted and it’s hard to motivate myself. I’m a teenager, am really short, and I weigh literally 190!! I was so shocked because the last time I weighed I was 160-170 (it would go up and down between those two), and I haven’t checked in a while and when I checked it, it went to 190! I was in shock. I don’t look like I weigh 190, so it was very discouraging to see that. The fact that I’m almost 200 pounds is terrifying and this is my highest weight yet. I feel like as years go by it gets worse and worse. I don’t have access to a gym and I have a very strict mom so losing weight is so hard, I even try to work at home sometimes but then I stop because it’s hard to keep going. I also tried to be in calorie deficit but it’s also hard since I stopped after 2 weeks or so. Once I can be independent I’ll try hard to transform my body. And good luck to anyone else out there trying to do the same! It’s hard but I hope it works out, and if anybody has any advice please do comment!
I worked out at home and at times I lose modivation a lot. My advice would be to find someone you can work out with through calls (I had a discord friend that worked out on the same programs as I did which are free btw(Cloe ting videos)). Also I find it easier to work out in the morning due to you getting lazy later on. I also make sure to make my metabolism fast so whenever u eat a lot of food u don’t gain weight due to that. Usually for this I would have green tea before a work out (make sure not to have a lot cuz then you’ll get insomnia T-T) just don’t drink more than 2 cups a day of that. After I just relax and get on my phone till 40mins have passed then exercise. Green tea also helps burn fat btw! Also if you’re trying to keep count of calories I recommend an app I use called “Lose it!” On IOS idk if it’s on android. But calories don’t really matter as much if you work a lot a lot. Good luck :)
Btw for that app “Lose it” you only have to scan the barcode on what you ate. (Ingredients or just one big thing and ofc u can just search up the food also)
@doyoungie just do push up every morning(if your max is 50 then do 25) and do some running 20minutes is enough. If yah couldnt do running then wall sitting for about 10minutes. Between yah gotta check on how much yah eat and try to lower it. But do not lower it too much or yah will feel weak/fatigue, just lower it to the point where it can give yah energh thoughout the day.
Edit:DRINK WATER AND ALOT OF SUGAR. If yah dont wanna lower your calories input then yah have to exercise very hard. If yah can work hard like me yah can drink 5 can of coca cola A DAY FOR A WHOLE MONTH without any problem but i still advise yah to not do it, it will affect yah bone badly
I’d recommend more of a diet change than exercise
Personally idk if this will help you but fixing my sleep schedule and working on diet helped me. I'm underweight and trying to get back to normal but it's the same either way diet makes a big difference. I think personally working out is great and 100% something you should do but sleep and food make the biggest difference. A solid like 8 hrs of sleep an keeping track of calories in/out does wonders. (At least for me I'm 19)

Depends on whether they are made mostly of fat or other tissue. Ppl with a lot of other tissue type won’t be affected as much. Some ppl have a small amount of breast tissue and more fat, so losing fat will affect them
The breasts are mostly made up of adipose tissue, or fat. Losing body fat will reduce a person's breast size. A low-calorie, highly nutritious diet can indirectly shrink breast tissue. It’s just how it is. That’s why some female bodybuilders tend to get implants. Your body doesn’t make a distinction between breast fat and any other fat. It’ll consume it all.

Can I just say that dieting doesn't really help you lose weight, but changing your diet and eating healthier options works. Also intermittent fasting is good for those who overeat. By overeating, I mean those who eat over 2000 calories a day. I used to over snack and stopped doing that and lost about 40 lbs (I was also depressed during this time, so I don't put changing my diet fully on how I lost weight). I'm still trying to lose the last 35 lbs I want to lose. Finding time to exercise while I'm getting my master's degree and doing other stuff with my life hasn't made it easy, but I do exercise from time to time. I will start doing it more to lose the rest of the weight I want to lose. I want to be at my goal weight by the time I graduate next December and walk across the stage at the size I wish to be. If you've read this far, then I promise you that you can do whatever you put your mind to and don't give up on your goals. Thanks for reading😘😘.
