  • Super easy and delicious zucchini recipe! I prepare a very interesting rice casserole with vegetable filling! If you have rice and zucchini at home, bake them in the oven for a few minutes and you'll have a hearty and delicious dinner! You will love this dish, the result is amazing! Rice casserole is a simple and very tasty dish! Why have I never cooked rice with eggs and vegetables in the oven like this before? I have never eaten such a delicious casserole with rice.

    RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
    Rice 2 cups.
    water 2 cups.
    Salt 1 teaspoon.
    Cook the rice until done!
    3 tomatoes.
    1/2 onion.
    2 garlic.
    oregano 1 tablespoon.
    vegetable broth 2 tablespoons.
    water 1.5 cups.
    Grind until smooth.
    Rice is ready.
    Olive oil.
    3 zucchini. To dice.
    Canned Corn 1 can.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Cheddar.
    Cheese.
    mozzarella cheese.
    Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup.
    butter 3 tablespoons.
    Cook in the oven at 190°C (380°F) for 35-40 minutes.
    Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons.
    Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
    Red pepper 1 teaspoon.
    2 garlic.
    parsley and dill.
