If Batman has jokers ultra awareness then he already knows who deadpool is.
It is a half confirmed theory that Joker can see the fourth wall, a form of super sanity instead of insanity.
ENON Jacobs joker has 'super sanity' which means he is a self aware character.
Will then the same holds true for Deadpool as well. He is aware of the fourth wall and shatters it on a daily basis( in comic book time that is). So DP would know who TBWL is as well.

Deadpools been predicted and beaten many times. Also his healing factor weakened severely(decapitation kills him if his head isn't out back on). Almost everything people claim about deadpool is wrong.
SilentGamer - He isn't all that wrong. Taskmaster has said himself, several times, that no matter how much he tries to prep for Deadpool, to adapt to him on the spot, Deadpool beats him 99.9% of the time because there is no real way to predict Deadpool due to his insanity. One second he may have one tactic in mind that you're somewhat prepared for, but just as quickly as that tactic had been considered, Deadpool does something totally different because reasons.
That's coming from the character I consider the undisputed master of combat in Marvel. If someone can trump Taskmaster each and every time without much of a sweat. Someone who even TRAINED Deadpool...yeah, I'm pretty sure even Batman would struggle to great lengths to deal with Wade. Prep or not. It's pretty difficult to 'prep' against someone like Wade. Especially when Batman hasn't really dealt with anyone quite like Wade before.
Also I find 'prep time' rules to be retarded and never allow them in a debate. A battle should always be if they met, on the streets, just themselves and their 'default' loadouts. Prep time allows for way too much of 'yeah but if he-' back and forths that never end.
I think this is actually a pretty strong counter to the prep time argument. It's perfect too, because the entire Batman prep time argument is like something an 8yr old would come up with (in case you can't tell, I think it's a stupid plot device that completely cripples these types of debates), and this is the perfect 8yr old counter-argument.

Honestly, I don't think Deadpool wins either way.
1. Deadpool isn't so hot, not even as an assassin. Even in his own books, he routinely gets shellacked by guys who fight better than him. If not for his healing factor, he'd probably be unable to kill anyone but normies since he gets beat up more than Spider-man, half the time. His hand-to-hand is sloppy *because* he relies on his healing factor and his mind is nowhere near "above average" in terms of IQ.
2. Batman doesn't sit there mindlessly slugging things out with *anyone.* He's not the Hulk or Superman and he's not stupid.
Batman has to merely *defeat* Deadpool. Batman is just a normal guy in a world of superbeings and gods and has been in these stories before. When faced with guys he can't beat, Batman's mind is already 4 steps ahead. In stories against overwhelming villains, Batman has always had a backup.
If Deadpool is encased in cement. If Deadpool is dropped in molten steel. If Deadpool is tossed into a vat of acid. If Deadpool is mystically buried 300 feet under the earth's surface in solid rock. If Joker/Batman infects Deadpool with Joker-venom and they become best pals. If Batman gives himself Deadpool's mutant gene.

People tend to sleep on Deadpool because he acts a fool all the time but forgets that he acts that way because that’s who he thinks everyone expects him to be that way. Don’t forget about his knowledge of being a comic book character. He could easily use that to his advantage. Yes Wicked Worst NightmareDeadpool can regenerate. Even parts of him that have been cut off have been sown together and they came to life with all of his memories.

Remember people with healing factors like Deadpool trapped and have there healing factor pushed to the extreme and while that happens is immobile...also Deadpool has a FAMILY and a kid that be used against him and while a story that involes them he gets really serious and down to earth haha. If Batman can spend a crap ton of money to get a crap ton of Kryptonite time and time again I think he can buy the medal that exists in Marvel that cancels out healing factors also. There is always a chance for Deadpool to win thought cause of extremely random shit happens while he's around and might end up seeing a random pattern in a patternless being in Batman-Who-Laughs just like when he fought Carnage

I just feel like the whole prep time thing is a cop out, and it definitely ruins any of these hypothetical type debates. With prep time, Batman always wins apparently? There is no other tactician in DC (or presumably any universe for that matter) who can match him?

As much as I love Deadpool, I have to give this one to the Batman who laughs.
Not only that, but the fact that Deadpool technically can't die could mean a LONG, LONG suffering for him, especially because he's against someone that would incapacitate him just to have someone to torture and mentally break for an infinite amount of time. His own insanity would probably be his best defence at that point.
It could also be argued that, given time, this version of Batman could devise a mean to nullify DP regeneration or turn it against him...but at this point we are in the "batman preptime" territory and I don't like going there.

I haven't checked through the comments, so my apologies if this has been covered; but Rob, the dessert is a take on the Thanksgiving dish "turducken," which is a chicken (might be a cornish game hen for the size,) stuffed inside a duck, stuffed inside a turkey. So the piecaken is the pie stuffed inside a cake, I think, as the cake's structure allows for it to surround the pie, as opposed to trying to fit a cake inside the pie filling, getting a ridiculously dimensioned and shaped crust.
It should be noted (should it?) It SHOULD be noted that this layering is in opposition to the naming structure of the turducken. Namely the protien stack goes back to front, while the dessert stack goes front to back. I suspect due solely to the dessert sounding funny if it was named cakepie-en. I mean, it's pretty clear that's just no good.
Honestly in this fight if both stuck to their own rules established in the comics that Deadpool would come out victorious. The batman who laughs has the finances, he has the brains but Deadpool has one thing The Batman Who Laughs so far does not... The ability to see and break the 4th wall. it is that ability that makes him probably one of the most powerful characters in the marvel universe, it is also the reason he is a joke character. That is because if he were a serious character who was out to destroy an opponent he will, no matter how many people are against him (see Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe). If he were in a fight with the Batman who Laughs and really was about to die he would break the 4th wall, pull out a remote control and rewind the damn panel. Then even if he were to die in comes his main squeeze Death to basically tell him to get back out there and kick that bats butt. For that reason it might take time but Deadpool would eventually wear the Batman Who Laughs down.

Haven't read any marvel comics since my late teens but yea I am assuming that Gwenpool is a joke type character like Deadpool hence why the character can be so OP without risking them being a true threat to the Marvel Universe, its all a balancing act. Though just like Deadpool if in a true straight out lore based fight she too would probably be able to beat dang near anyone... well anyone except Deadpool (in that case it would be a tie and instead they would spend the time visiting theme parks/water parks while listening to "So Happy Together" by The Turtles).

That was a great video. What I keep wanting to see as a What If? We get a accident during the original secret wars? The Beyonder, crosses DC vs. Marvel? This can include any current or past hero from Marvel or DC vs any existing or former villain from Marvel or DC. The heroes and villain get mixed and matched unprotectedly as well. Example: The villians get Superboy Prime, Onslaught, The Silver Surfer, The Batman who Laughs, John Constantine, Mr Sinister, Wonder Woman, Doomsday, Thanos, and Ultron, vs the heroes get World War Hulk, Lex Luthor, Dr Strange, Apocalypse, Dawnbringer Batman, Darkseid, Hydra Captain America, Stryfe, Swamp Thing, and the Dark Pheonix. That would be mind blowing to see done as an episode, let alone a movie.
The place would be Earth.
Any number of items could be included as possible “finds” that could be hidden or found that could make or break the conflict.
Any known existing or formerly existing weapon, could be found, if everything is up for grabs. A cosmic cube? Any of the infinity gems? etc etc
Honestly, I truly couldn’t say which side would win that battle.

If you give prep time to Batman it's only fair you give prep time to Deadpool as well.
And funnily enough Deadpool goes pretty stupidly far with his prep time plans... Just look at that comic where Deadpool kills everyone in the marvel verse, he made multiple plans to counteract every single opponent he could face against
I'm not saying Deadpool can win every single time with prep against Batman with prep but I'm saying it will be a much closer fight
If they fought 100 times I'd say it would be a 49 vs 51 with Batman wining by just a single victory over Deadpool

As it stands the number of people that can permanently kill deadpool in either universe is very low and all of them are superman level beings. And yeah in a random encounter wade has a better chance of winning But give them both prep time and batman stomps
